For me, the ideal object is a pure material. This is what Michel Bras envisioned for the bread basket of his Halle aux Grains restaurant, at the Bourse de Commerce in Paris. So we chose stainless steel silk, the finest of the metal weaves. It has all the qualities of stainless steel and the finesse of a textile, light and structural, transparent, with flashes of light. The basket is a precious nest that weighs just a few grams.
